The overview is useful for access rules, but older historical wording should not override the current duration statute for an individual category.
Ontario County Registration Duration
Risk level alone does not always resolve an Ontario County registration term. A Level 1 person commonly registers for 20 years, yet a lifetime-triggering designation or rule can change that outcome.
